The licence

A personal key lets one person use Sopycat on up to 3 computers they own. An office key covers the number of people it was bought for; each person gets their own key. Keys are not to be shared or resold.

The trial

The trial lasts 14 days from first launch and includes every feature. When it ends, the app keeps opening and reading your files; recording, editing and exporting resume when a key is entered.

Payment and cancellation

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel from the link in your receipt email; the key works until the end of the paid period. Refunds: [YOUR REFUND POLICY, for example: a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.]

Your files

Everything you make with Sopycat is yours. It is stored on your computer in ordinary files, and nothing in these terms gives us any rights over it.

No warranty

Sopycat is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it is free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use beyond the amount you paid in the last twelve months. [Adjust to your jurisdiction.]
